Leap to Leadership is designed as a cohort-based journey for new and emerging leaders who learn and apply new skills in a small group setting.
EACH SIX-MONTH COHORT INCLUDES
1. The Leadership Edge
Powered by SuccessFinder™, The Leadership Edge is a cutting-edge, personalized assessment tool designed to provide deep insights into leadership. Your report is uniquely customized based on your responses, providing a roadmap specific to your leadership journey. (Also available as a stand-alone offering.)
2. Call with Jacqui
You'll start with a 1:1 call with Jacqui to review your assessment results and set your goals for the program.
3. Five Group Sessions
Five group cohort sessions (2 hours every 3–4 weeks) with learning clinics in each. Learning clinics are customized for each cohort and may cover topics such as peer coaching, overcoming triggers, quieting your inner critic, networking and more.
4. Wrap-up Call with Jacqui
You'll conclude with a 1:1 call with Jacqui to review outcomes as they relate to your personal goals for the program.
