  • When growth starts to feel off, the fix is often inside the organization.

Leap to Leadership builds stronger, more confident managers who can lead well together, not just manage in isolation.

On paper, your organization looks fine. Revenue is solid, people are busy, but decisions feel heavier, execution feels patchy, and too much still rolls back to you or your executive team.

The issue usually isn’t strategy or structure. It is whether your managers are truly equipped to lead and execute, not just manage.

Leap to Leadership is a group-based development program that helps your mid-level managers step up as confident leaders who move the business forward together.

Explore how Leap to Leadership can work in your organization.

The Problem: Managers Stuck In The Middle

Most organizations promote smart, committed people into management, then leave them to figure out the hardest parts of leadership on their own.

Common patterns:
  • Silos that slow decisions, create rework and fuel quiet friction between teams.
  • A widening gap between executive intent and what actually happens on the ground.
  • Managers who are technically strong but lack communication skills to build their teams.

Over time, the organization doesn’t lose momentum, but it does lose some of its mojo.

Leap to Leadership gives managers a structured space to learn, practice and connect so they can lead well together, not just cope in isolation.

What Leap to Leadership Delivers

Practical skill-building that sticks

  • Real conversations about feedback, performance and difficult situations, using live scenarios from your business
  • Structured practice, reflection and reinforcement over time so new behaviours become habits, not workshop notes
Cross-functional peer networks

  • Cohorts drawn from different functions to quietly dismantle "us vs them" thinking
  • Shared problem-solving that surfaces better processes and reduces friction without re-orgs or top-down mandates
Mentorship and strategic context

  • Guidance that helps managers connect day-to-day decisions with your broader strategy
  • Stronger relationships between levels, so information flows both ways and execution aligns with intent

When managers learn together, they begin to lead together.

Why This Approach Works

Leap to Leadership is designed for real organizational life, not ideal conditions.

Immediate relevance

Sessions use your language, your challenges and your examples, so learning transfers straight back to the job.

Cultural alignment

Managers gain a shared understanding of "how we lead here" without a heavyweight leadership framework.

Sustainable capacity

Instead of leadership resting on a few overextended executives, capability is distributed across your management layer.

The result is a quieter, more sustainable lift in leadership capacity: stronger relationships, clearer thinking and more confident decision-making where it matters most.

How It Works

Leap to Leadership is designed as a cohort-based journey for new and developing leaders who learn and apply new skills in a small group setting.

Six Months

1

Individual Leadership Edge assessment, powered by SuccessFinder™.

2

A 1:1 call with Jacqui to review assessment results and set goals.

3

Five group cohort sessions (2 hours every 3–4 weeks across six months) with customized learning clinics (e.g., foundations of peer coaching, overcoming triggers, quieting your inner critic).

4

A 1:1 wrap-up call with Jacqui to review program outcomes.

Leap to Leadership established a safe space for peer learning with established and aspiring leaders. Under Jacqui's insightful guidance and within the well-communicated structure, I was able to look in the mirror and see the multiverse of paths my career in leadership may take. Using the tools provided and reflection exercises, I think I have the transparency now for what kind of leader I want to be and what my true values are.

Who This is For

This program is a fit for organizations that want to accelerate the leadership skill development of their managers.  It is designed to help leaders build self-awareness, clarify objectives, and be productive without burning out.

What Can Organizations Expect?

  • A stronger internal leadership bench built through practical, reinforced development rather than theory alone.
  • Better cross-functional understanding as managers learn how the organization functions as a system, not a set of silos.
  • A quieter, more sustainable way to build leadership capacity that does not need to be complicated or expensive to be effective

Jacqui works with you to shape the program around your context, your strategy and your managers’ reality.

Investment

Program investment is $20,000 per cohort of 6 - 8 people.

Each cohort runs for six months with 2-hour sessions every 3-4 weeks.
