If you are like me, you like things done in a certain way. Sometimes I get irritated when others, who don’t know that, do something I don’t like.

Presentations, written memos, emails, tweets, media interviews, ads, and meetings are all the venues in which a person or group gives voice. Determining what that voice should be requires careful consideration and constant refinement.

In this fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the relentless pursuit of goals and overlook the importance of celebrating the milestones and achievements along the way.

One way to become a leader is to work harder and more efficiently than others. This is often effective, but it can lead to burnout and dissatisfaction because in essence you are running on a hamster wheel.

We all have them – situations or people that make your blood boil. I don’t know about you, but when that happens to me, I am not at my best. It takes practice to say and do the right things in the heat of the moment.
