For years, I thought I knew my core values. I could list words like honesty and integrity and feel satisfied. But deep down, I wasn’t really living by them.

I am a busy person. What I have learned over the years is that when I allow my calendar and busy-ness to overwhelm me and make me feel stressed, I accomplish less and get behind on projects.

The Pareto Principle, otherwise known as the 80/20 rule, applies to a lot of things.
