As someone who has both served as a spokesperson and coached many others, I’m often asked, "Who is the right person to speak on behalf of a business or organization?"

The number of reporters has dwindled. The number of negative social comments has decreased dramatically. You have returned from the war room to your regular desk. So, is the crisis over? No!

I am a busy person. What I have learned over the years is that when I allow my calendar and busy-ness to overwhelm me and make me feel stressed, I accomplish less and get behind on projects.
