Values are the deep-seated beliefs under which each of us conduct our daily lives. Corporations began articulating their values back in the seventies. In essence, the values of an organization should reflect their cultural norms and dictate expected behaviours.

One way to become a leader is to work harder and more efficiently than others. This is often effective, but it can lead to burnout and dissatisfaction because in essence you are running on a hamster wheel.

We all have them – situations or people that make your blood boil. I don’t know about you, but when that happens to me, I am not at my best. It takes practice to say and do the right things in the heat of the moment.
